Terms & Conditions
Quotes & Estimates
All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated. Estimates are based on the information you provide and may change once we've inspected your vehicle. No additional work will be carried out without your approval.
Payment
Payment is due on collection of the vehicle. We accept card, bank transfer and cash. Vehicles cannot be released until invoices are settled in full.
Warranty
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Labour is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, on the specific repair carried out.
Liability
We are not liable for pre-existing faults discovered during servicing, nor for consequential losses arising from the unavailability of your vehicle. Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed.
Storage
Vehicles not collected within 14 days of completion may incur a daily storage charge.
